For the Wilmot Thunder Spring Showcase

June 5-7, 2026

To help make the 2026 Wilmot Thunder Spring Showcase tournament a success, and to help families fulfill their 5 hours of volunteer time, we encourage you to sign up for the various positions that are available this weekend. Here are the positions that need filling for June 5-7:

• Tournament Field Maintenance

• Resurfacing around pitcher's mound, home plate and bases; chalking lines; Tournament Division Convenor will be present to give direction; each time slot is approx 3hrs
• Required at each location:
• St Clements - U13
• New Hamburg - U15
• Baden - U17
• New Dundee (June 5 & 6); Baden (June 7) - U20

• Electronic Scoreboard Operator (either Baden Diamond #1 or Baden Diamond #2)

• Running the scoreboard while the game is in progress; Tournament Division Convenor will be present to give direction; each time slot is for 1 game
• Required for Baden only (U17 Showcase)

• Snack Booth Operator

• Selling snack and beverages from a tent; recommended to bring your own chair to rest between sales; Concession Booth Coordinator/delegate will be present to give direction; each time slot is approx 3hrs
• Required for Baden only (U17 Showcase)
