VOLUNTEER POSITIONS

 

• Tournament Field Maintenance

  • Resurfacing around pitcher's mound, home plate and bases between games; chalking lines when necessary
  • Tournament Convenor or coaches will be present to give direction
  • Time slots are ~3hrs each
    • First time slot of the day includes setup
    • Last time slot of the day includes tear down

 

• Electronic Scoreboard Operator - Baden Only

  • Running the scoreboard while the game is in progress
  • Tournament Convenor will be present to give direction
  • Time slots are 1 game each
    • Baden Diamond #1 or Baden Diamond #2

 

• Snack Booth Operator - Baden Only

  • Selling snacks and beverages outside in a tent; recommended to bring your own chair to rest between sales
  • Concession Booth Coordinator/delegate will be present to give direction
  • Time slots are ~3.5hrs each
    • First time slot of the day includes setup
    • Last time slot of the day includes tear down
