10th Annual Wilmot Thunder AGM & Award Ceremony

Date: Wednesday, October 28th

Time: 6:30PM (Award Ceremony), 7:30PM (AGM)

Where: Wilmot Recreation Complex Community Centre (1291 Nafziger Rd, Unit #1, Baden, ON) - Located on Second Floor, Rink Side of WRC

This meeting is an important opportunity for families to hear updates, contribute ideas, and help guide the direction of our association.

As part of the AGM, we will also be holding elections for our executive team.

The following positions are open for nominations:

Officers

President
Vice-President

Directors and other volunteer positions

Chair of Accessibility, Inclusion and Diversity
Volunteer Chair
Convener of Blastball, T-ball and Coach Pitch
Convener of Boys Local Leagues
Tournament Convener - OASA, PWSA and National events
Fundraising Coordinator
Communications and Social Media Coordinator
Chair of Coach Development
Convener of Rep and Select - Boys
Convener of Rep and Select - Girls
Convener of Girls Local Leagues

*To be elected as an Officer, it is preferable that an individual has served as a Director for at least two (2) years. To be elected as President, an individual must have served as a Director in an active role for at least two (2) of the preceding years. If no eligible candidate is willing to stand for the position, the role may be filled by any member in good standing.

From organizing teams and tournaments to helping grow the game in our community, your involvement makes a lasting impact. Even a small commitment of time and energy helps ensure that our programs remain strong and successful for years to come.

Submitting Changes to Bylaws, Constitution, or Policies

If you wish to propose any changes to our policies, bylaws, or constitution, you must complete the following form in detail prior to October 9th: Submit Change Request Form

This information will be used to prepare the full AGM agenda.
