9th Annual Wilmot Thunder AGM & Award Ceremony

Time: 6:30PM (Award Ceremony), 7:30PM (AGM)
Where: New Hamburg Community Center (251 Jacob St, New Hamburg, ON)
This meeting is an important opportunity for families to hear updates, contribute ideas, and help guide the direction of our association. As part of the AGM, we will also be holding elections for our executive team. All positions (except President) are open for nominations.

From organizing teams and tournaments to helping grow the game in our community, your involvement makes a lasting impact. Even a small commitment of time and energy helps ensure that our programs remain strong and successful for years to come.

If you wish to propose any changes to our policies, bylaws, or constitution, you must complete the following form in detail prior to October 1st:
